Hobbits of Middle Earth beware.....

 

Being a Tolkien geek, I have to weigh in here.  

Of course he read the terms and conditions.  Fellowship of the Ring goes into some detail about the sale of Bag End to the Sackville Bagginses.  They were apparently a little anal retentive about their legal matters, with a contract requiring 7 signatures written in red ink, among other things.  

Myself, I am only anal retentive about my Tolkien matter......*snickers*
