Any runners??

I'm starting on a journey that will take me to competing in an 50 mile ultra marathon next year for charity, just wondering if there were any other runners in the kin?

Our creep tribe leader Harlequins has a lovely iron wife who competes in marathons. We have a couple long distance cyclists in the kin. I used to run but my knees aren't built for it.

@CaellynRB - That's awesome that you're planning to run 50 miles. I like to go running a few times a week on the treadmill after work. Most of the time, I run about 3-4 miles at approximately 10-11 minutes per mile, but was able to do about 5.5 miles once.

Never one for running alone but I've always been a keen sportsman - getting quite good in rugby and hockey(field not ice) and also enjoy the competitive side of paintball too :)
